Registration for the 2015 Your Weight Matters National Convention, Our Journey – Restore. Refresh. Renew. will open on March 23rd with a full Convention registration starting at just $95. The OAC knows that individuals need access to the quality of education offered at our Annual Convention, so we strive to keep the cost to the attendee low.

Full Convention Registration - BEST VALUE!
Full Convention Registration is the best value and designed for attendees who want to take full advantage to ALL aspects of the Convention. Full Convention Registration Includes: Access to all educational sessions, access to group fitness classes, access to the YWM Healthy Living Expo, official Convention T-shirt, souvenir tote bag, Convention Program Book, ability to pre-register for an OAC Training Session (Thurs), breakfast on Friday and Saturday morning, one ticket to Event Welcoming Ceremonies Dinner (Fri.), one ticket to OAC’s 4th Annual Awards Dinner (Sat.), and one ticket to the OAC’s Advocacy March to Washington, DC (Sun.). Lunch is NOT included.
One-day Registration is designed for attendees who want to access the educational sessions but do not wish to take part in meal functions or social events. One-Day Registration Includes: Access to all educational sessions, access to group fitness classes, access to the YWM Healthy Living Expo, official Convention T-shirt, souvenir tote bag, Convention Program Book, ability to pre-register for an OAC Training Session (Thurs), and one ticket to the OAC’s Advocacy March to Washington, DC (Sun.). Meals, Lunch with the Experts and social events are NOT included.
NOTE: Advance Registration closes on July 31. Onsite Registration will be available, but will be offered at a higher rate.

2015 CONVENTION CANCELLATION POLICY: Convention registration fees are NONREFUNDABLE. The OAC recognizes that extraordinary circumstances may arise that could prevent an individual from attending the Convention. If you should need to cancel your registration due to an unforeseen circumstance, a transfer request can be submitted to the OAC, in writing, no later than July 1. There is no guarantee that the request will be able to be honored. Refund requests may be considered, but are subject to financial penalties (to cover administration expenses). Refund requests received before July 1 will incur a $25 cancellation penalty. Refund requests received after July 1 will incur a $50 penalty. Transfer and refund requests will not be reviewed after August 1. All requests are evaluated by the OAC and must include your full name, address, date of registration, method of payment and reason for cancellation. Transfer and refund requests can be submitted to email@example.com.
