The OAC offers morning and afternoon exercise sessions as part of the Convention experience. The Convention Exercise Program is designed to allow attendees to try different types of exercise classes, but in a safe and welcoming environment.

The Convention Exercise Program typically offers 2-3 classes each morning and afternoon on the Friday and Saturday of the meeting. All classes are complimentary for registered Convention attendees.

The Exercise Program for 2017 will be developed early in the year, so stay tuned for more information on what will be offered at the 2017 Convention!
