The OAC offers morning and afternoon exercise sessions as part of the Convention program. The Convention Exercise Program is designed to allow attendees to experience different types of exercise classes and is the perfect environment to try a class you’ve always been curious about.

All classes are complimentary to registered Convention attendees. Sign-ups for classes will be available onsite beginning Thursday, August 10 and are on a first-come, first-served basis. Classes do have limited capacity, so we strongly encourage you to sign-up as soon as possible once you arrive onsite.

The classes offered are for all experience levels, with our instructors meticulously selected for their training in adapting classes to all skill and ability levels. So whether this is your first-time starting your exercise regimen, or you already have a regular fitness routine, these classes will be a fun way to start or finish off your day!
