The Convention Exercise Program is designed to allow attendees to try different types of exercise classes, but in a safe and welcoming environment. The program typically offers 2-3 classes each morning and afternoon on the Friday and Saturday of the meeting. All classes are complimentary to registered Convention attendees. The classes offered are for all experience levels, with our instructors meticulously selected for their training in adapting classes to all skill and ability levels. So whether this is your first-time starting your exercise regimen, or you already have a regular fitness routine, these classes will be a fun way to start or finish off your day!
